Statutory Guidelines

Village Code 1.32 Police and Fire Commission

(1) Membership. The Police and Fire Commission shall consist of 5 citizens, one member to be appointed by the Village President annually between the last Monday of April and the first Monday of May for a term of 5 years.

(2) Powers and Duties. The Commission shall have the powers and duties prescribed in §62.13, Wis. Stats.
