Germantown Water Utility maintains the Village's public potable water system and administers compliance with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) requirements.

Some of the Water Utility's assets include:

  • 94.6 +/- miles of water main
  • 1,338 +/- fire hydrants
  • 6,417 meters owned and maintained
  • 3 operating towers
  • 3 operating deep aquifer wells
  • 3 operating shallow aquifer wells
