Field Staff member Timothy Sveum from Associated Appraisers stopped by the Clerk’s Office and advised that he will be driving around 486 or so parcels taking pictures/documenting information for the Assessor’s Office, I think he anticipated for the next 2 weeks or so.
Timothy advised he will be wearing his Associated Appraisal gear and Name Badge wherever he goes; and if he needs to physically go onto any private property, he will leave a red door hanger with the business information.
Timothy will be driving a Red Ford Escape, AKL5991
