With 2900 meters to install, PMI is breaking out this list by street groups so the installers are kept in areas to be more efficient. They only mail out around 600-700 install cards at a time and depending on where you live on this list it could be mailed out later. It could be into late April or early May until you receive a card, they will also follow up with a second and third mailer. It is a balance of mailing out enough cards to fill in install dates vs to many that the customer will have to wait longer to get open appointment. Please wait until you get the postcard in the mail before you call to schedule.
For those that received a letter to your replace the water meter we did not have an updated install list that we could provide PMI when it was prepared so it was a shot in the dark as a general mailing time frame. We didn’t want to post the toll free number in the letter and inundated the call center.
We also received back from PMI that Germantown residents are aggressively participating far better than most communities that work with.
