NEW SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT As of August 1, 2018, the following applications submitted to the department for Plan Commission review and approval shall include a Word-formatted digital file of the subject property's legal description: - Certified Survey Map - Conditional Use Permit - Land Use Plan Map Amendment - Rezoning/Planned Development District (PDD) - Subdivision Plat |
*** ATTENTION*** ALL applications submitted to the department for Plan Commission review and approval are required to submit a complete digital copy (PDF/CD/Dropbox) of all supporting documents (including all plans, reports, surveys, etc.) at the time of application or sent via e-mail attachment within 3 days after the date of application. - Rezoning/Planned Development District (PDD) - Land Use Plan Map Amendment - Zoning Code Amendment - Sign Permit (new) - Conditional Use Permit - Certified Survey Map - Subdivision Plat - Site Plan |
