Nathan Schuettpelz, Consulting Department with Wachtel Tree Science, will be guest speaking at the Old Fireman Park Pavilion weather permitting, or the Senior Center multipurpose room if the weather is inclement, on Saturday, May 21st from 9AM-Noon. Topics discussed will include assessing your site for the right tree, what to look for in quality nursery stock, and best practices for planting trees in the landscape. This course will include an outdoor component where we will plant a tree, so please dress for the weather accordingly. This seminar is free to the public.
