VILLAGE OF GERMANTOWN HAS COMPLETE DSPS DELEGATED AUTHORITY
We are pleased to announce that as of February 25, 2021 the Village of Germantown has been granted delegated authority by the WI Department of Safety & Professional Services (DSPS) to conduct all commercial building, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression & Fire Sprinkler System plan review and inspection services. SAFEBuilt WI staff is now able to provide all permit processing, plan review and inspection services to the residents, property owners and businesses in the Village.
